The Annual Procession of the Image of the Queen of the Most Holy Rosary in Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal

Lovingly called La Viajera because she had travelled extensively, this miraculous image is a replica of La Naval in Santo Domingo Church.

 

A gift from her late Dominican parents- husband and wife who renounced their marital vows and became religious- Fray Domingo Brasil, OP and Sr Marie Amelia Brasil, OP to Sister Eppie Brasil, OP when she started her new mission, La Viajera is the inspiration of the giant monument of Mama Mary at Regina RICA.

 

To her intercession are attributed countless miracles of healing, reconciliation, peace of mind and success.

 

To be participated in by the La Viajera Organizing Committee composed of the Regina Rosarii community, RICA staff and volunteers, local government units, military, civic organizations, church associations, and the business sectors in Tanay, Rizal, this year’s motorcade will be offered for the following intentions:

 

1. Protection of the Sierra Madre and its indigenous peoples from climate disasters

 

2. Peace in Rizal especially during the elections

 

3. Prosperity for the local businesses in Sampaloc
