A Mother’s Prayer, A Couple’s Hope, and a Long-Awaited Blessing
One of our pilgrims shared a touching testimony about her and her husband’s long-awaited dream of having a child. For years, they prayed and hoped to become parents.
During one of their visits to Regina RICA, she bought a statue of “Mother Silent Waiting,” a pregnant image of Mama Mary, from our souvenir shop. With deep devotion, she would lovingly touch the statue every night while praying for the blessing of motherhood. 
After five years of waiting, their prayer was answered, and she conceived! Today, they are blessed with two beautiful children—a precious reminder of the hope they held on to and the faith that sustained them through their journey.
Her testimony reminds us that waiting can be difficult, but we can always bring our hopes, dreams, and deepest desires to Mama Mary, trusting in God’s love and perfect timing.
May her story bring hope and comfort to couples who are still praying and waiting for the gift of a child. May Mama Mary continue to accompany every family with a mother’s tender love and intercession.
