Every step is a prayer,&#8221; says the RICA Foundress Sr. Eppie Brasil, OP.<\/p>\n<p align=\"Justify\">Unless there is a physical disability, we strongly encourage pilgrims to go up the RICA Sacred Trail (or the S Trail because it is shaped like the letter S).<\/p>\n<p align=\"Justify\">The S Trail is like the path of the Holy Rosary &#8211; the first part is easy and delightful, like the Joyful Mysteries.<\/p>\n<p align=\"Justify\">The Second Part brings you to the top of the FIRST HILL, giving you a view of the valley below. It is your Luminous Mysteries.<\/p>\n<p align=\"Justify\">The third part of a steep climb under the heat of the sun. It is like the Sorrowful Mysteries.<\/p>\n<p align=\"Justify\">Then finally you will reach the Hilltop where Our Queen awaits you, your Glorious mysteries.<\/p>\n<p align=\"Justify\">So please walk.
