But being healthy physically in not enough! In order to live our life to the fullest we must be healthy inside and out. Knowing and eating the right kind of food and feeding out inner self through word of God should make our life more meaningful. That&#8217;s why we encourage everybody to join in a fun field day, learning to eat healthy food and finding our way to God in silence &amp; stillness a seminar entitled \u201cHealthy Living and Inner Healing\u201d at Amoranto Complex, Quezon City in November 21, 2015 for only 500 pesos.
