RICA was conceptualized and dreamed of by our Foundress Sr Eppie Brasil, OP over coffee and conversations with God and with people He had sent to guide her.
It is in this memory that Café Giuseppe was born on the 14th Anniversary of RICA.
With genuine mahogany furniture made from the trees from RICA, the coffee shop is designed to be a comfortable and happy place for pilgrims.
